Howard C. Keller, MSW is a highly experienced social worker with over two decades of expertise as a dedicated advocate for at-risk youth, families, and communities, driven by his own lived experiences and a deep commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and connection. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York— Howard lived in neighborhoods like Bushwick, East New York, and Canarsie and understand, firsthand, the challenges many young people face.
Having navigated the foster and kinship care system, he was profoundly influenced by compassionate social workers, dedicated teachers, and inspiring mentors who helped shape his life and career path. Their impact fueled his love for social work, leading to a career dedicated to empowering children and families. After 20 years of service within the foster care system, the Department of Education, and the Department of Mental Health, as well as working as a family counselor and therapist—in 2024, Howard founded HK LIFTED GROUNDS, CORP.
